Can I choose which freshener I receive?
Not with the subscription — and that is the point. Each freshener is hand-selected for the season. If you want to choose specific designs, you can always shop our full collection individually.
Will I ever receive the same design twice?
No. We track every design you have received. With 18 unique fresheners (and growing), you have plenty of new verses and scents ahead of you.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. At checkout, use the gift note field and enter the recipient's shipping address. We will include a personalized card with their first shipment.
How do I cancel or pause?
Email us anytime. There are no contracts, no fees, no guilt. If you need to pause or cancel, we will take care of it immediately.
When does my subscription ship?
The Grace Note ships in the first week of each month. The Grace Box ships in the first two weeks of March, June, September, and December.
